I google things with 432 hz, which seems to put me to sleep fastest. I also love subliminal affirmations.

This is ironic because I'm listening to my "Snoozle" playlist right now. These are the top ten songs:

Fire on Fire - Sam Smith
Slow Fade - Ruth B
Work Song - Hozier
Can You Hold Me - NF
Paint It Black - Ciara
I'll Be There - Jess Glynne
Walk Me Home - Pink
Devil Side - Foxes
Never Let Me Go - Florence & The Machine
Say You Love Me - Jessie Ware

Sometimes I'll just listen to instrumentals or soothing sounds instead.

I mostly listen to acoustics when trying to fall asleep. Otherwise, there are a lot of sleepy, meditative music on certain sites like Youtube you can have on a loop or just get lulled to sleep by random sounds like rain hitting the windows.

I have a playlist made up for nights that I can’t fall asleep. It’s full of ballads, singer/songwriter style music and acoustic covers. Outside of music, if I can’t sleep I use sleepcasts on Headspace as well.

I always listen to music before going to bed. I know it is very unusual, but I find that I fall asleep easier when I listen to Billy Eilish. Her songs are very quiet and slow. The way that she whispers in her songs really helps.

:lol2: I just had a baby three months ago, I've learned that listening to baby lullabies also helps me sleep.
