I don't, generally. I want to get into reading non-fiction but don't really know what topics would interest me.

lots of! Especially autobiography, politics and self help.

Does A Brief History of Time by Stephen Hawking count? I also have a couple of books about the origins of comic book superheroes

I did start a guide on dating and barely got through the first chapter. The author was a tool, to put it mildly.

I used to read a lot of fiction before but now I read non-fiction books in between. I think its good for knowledge and reading more pleasurable.

I agree. There are some I like but I prefer to read fantasy books.

I have been trying to broaden my horizons by reading new types of books that are out of my comfort zone. I have started reading some different nonfiction novels and have found a new love for them.
Some that I recommend:
The Hot Zone by Richard Preston
The Altitude Journals David Mauro (I did a review for this book on here if you want to check it out)

Yes, I do read nonfiction books. I mostly prefer essays but I also read historical, self-help, and journals/diaries. But, memoirs and biographies are nonfiction I have difficulty starting and finishing.

Often. I actually really enjoy studying, specifically IT certification books. Keep in mind though that computer science is my field, so the topics are of interest to me. I also just like the feeling that I'm learning something new and useful.

I love nonfiction books because I can learn about something while also enjoying a book. I love books about people and their lives, like memoirs. I think Michelle Obama's memoir Becoming was fantastic.

Not often...usually an autobiography if not fiction.

I usually read fiction books. However, I would be ok with reading a nonfiction book once in a while. :techie-studyinggray: :techie-studyingbrown:

I am interested in nonfiction books and quite enjoy reading them when I can relate to the topic but for me there just is a different quality in fiction books. To me reading non-fiction is by far not the same and I notice I am often missing something when I'm not reading fiction and am less hooked...

Yes, actually non-fiction books ended up being my favorite genre. I prefer books on politics, economics, history, and anything along that.
