Great review. Your review is expertly compiled. I will not read this book though, as I do not like comic books or graphic novels.

This looks like an interesting book to read. The introduction of Adriana as Samson's wife is new. I only knew that he was married to Delilah. I should get a copy to find out more about Adriana and if indeed she was married to Samson. Thank you for your well-written review.

These comics sound interesting albeit a bit gory. They talk about Samson's first wife and about the worship of other gods and religions.

Generally I'm not keen on stories with biblical inspiration, but this one seems an interpretation by the author. The review and a quick look at the first pages give me positive impressions so I'll read it.

I was initially intrigued while reading your review, but I don't have high hopes if all the women, as you mention, are portrayed so negatively. At some point it could start to feel mysogynistic. But I'll check it out to see for myself. Thanks for the review!

Great review! I'm excited to read this one! I started reading comics before I was intrigued by novels. That said, I've never had the opportunity to read a comic with a bible theme. The pictures are as eye catching as described and the story seems to bring the illustrations to life.

A graphic novel revolving around the first half of Samson's life sounds creative. Poetic writing style, gripping story, and good editing add to its appeal. A pity about the confusing parts. I am not fond of comics, but I am glad you enjoyed the book despite its flaws. Thank you for the review!

This sounds like a fun read! Although the colour schemes seem to be quite a pity, and I'm not sure if it makes for the best reading experience? Thanks for the amazing review!

This sounds interesting and I would most certainly like to read it. I have come to love reading dramatized versions of the biblical stories, and I hope this one won't disappoint. Thanks for the review.

I am grateful for this review because I could not read the captions so even if the book was generously offered to all, all I could look at were the images.
My feelings are divided in relation to it. It is a good opportunity for children and teens, who are not patient enough to read book books, to learn about ancient stories and gods and heroes. On the other hand, seeing naked women and violence and muscular men makes me wonder who the comic book is for.
Obviously I do not belong to the American cultural space, where comic books are a serious business long after adolescence.
Great review, thank you.

A book that presents the little known details of Samson’s life in comic book form sounds creative but not for me. Thanks for the helpful review!
