I'm not at all into comic books so this one isn't for me. The archaic tone and the ancient world, as a comic, sounds original though.

I am not usually a big comic book fan. However, this book does sound intriguing. Thanks for the wonderful review!

Thanks for an excellent review of this book, but I'm not a fan of graphic nudity and the red text against the black background would be hard on the eyes.

I have never read a graphic novel, but I do know the story of Samson in the Bible. This review and the fact that it is a quick read might convince me to read it.

I really appreciated your review. It 's the first one I read for a graphic novel and I have just started reviewing a couple myself, so it was good to learn what kind of things I should look at and keeping my eyes open for while I'm reading.

It sounds like this book might play a little loose with Biblical facts but I don't think depicting Baal worship will be a big problem. There was a lot more of it going on in the actual Bible.

Thanks for a good review, teaching me some things and having such a cool name.

Sincerely, Laura-Lee

and to open its to seals,

by your blood, out of every tribe and tongue and people and Nation." Rev. 5:9

I'm not sure how I feel about this book, but I do enjoy imaginative re-writing of Bible stories. The nudity and baal worship has me a little concerned, though.

Excellent review! This sounds like a unique book, however, I don't like graphic, gory scenes! Also, I have a little problem with the book being about a biblical character yet putting in sexual situations. I don't plan to read this one but you did a great job on the review!

Definitely hooked with this one! It sounds so intricately complicated, but don't get me wrong - I mean is as complement. It is just after review I am left with impression that author managed to unite various myths in one big perfect picture!

A story about Samson's love for anyone other than Delilah seems to be interesting.

Thank you for the great review.

It's quite interesting that I have never thought of who was Samson's wife. Biblical based imaginative stories are amazing because they helps to bring the Bible in the context though the book depicting some sense of nudity in reference to the Bible is something the author should check out. Thank you.
