Have you been to any of the Man Mission locations?

Yeah, Machu Picchu is near the top of my bucket list, too. I wish the author had spent more time describing each of the locations. That is really my favorite part of any book about travel.

Machu Pichu sounded so romantic and ideal until the writer pointed out the effects of altitude sickness. That was something I never considered.

I have not been to any of the locations I have read about in the book. I am not finished with it yet. I could place myself in all of the environments so I think the author did a good job of describing them. I assume they are accurately described.

I also haven't gone to any of the locations, mostly just because I don't travel much. Personally, it's not something I'm feeling a desire to change - I might like to live in another country, but just visiting makes me feel like I don't truly understand or appreciate any of the new culture.

I have been to South Africa but neither visited the precise location described in man mission nor went on a safari just like they did. From what I have heard about the South African safaris, the man mission description is pretty accurate. I will surely go on a safari in future.

unfortunately, I have never been to any of the Man Mission sites. Nonetheless, I hope to one day travel to Krueger National Park in South Africa due to my inherent love for the country.

I live in Andalucia in Spain, although I haven't visited the specific places in the book. I didn't feel the book captured the essence of Spain very well at all and it could have been describing another country entirely.
I have also been to South Africa but the only part of this adventure that correlated with anything I've done was the safari. However, I safaried in Tanzania rather than South Africa, but nevertheless, there were a lot of similarities and many of the descriptions were accurate.

really wished to visit a few of the places mentioned in this book. I love traveling, especially to places with blue seas and oceans.

I haven't visited any of these places but places like Australia, Fiji, Peru and Japan are on my bucket list. Maybe, someday!
