I think it makes hard truths easier to swallow when theres humour involved but I also agree that its still best taken in small doses.

A cartoon/aphorism a day is what I'd suggest - like reading your daily comics in a newspaper or something.

This was a very good read for me. We unnecessarily put impossible stardards on ourselves, causing sadness and depression. We should instead just embrace diversity and out unique selves and abilities. I love your review as well.
