I liked that you included the reference to removing sugar from one's diet. That is a difficult one to tackle but worth the effort! Thanks for this inspiring recommendation!
Small changes are a process that's done step by step. Concerning sugar, it's not about removing it completely, it's about a balanced diet, which means getting the amount of sugar your body actually needs with a preference to complex carbs rather than simple sugar. Thank you for your appreciation!

Although self-help books are not really my preferred genre, this one indeed sounds helpful. Thanks so much for the insightful review!

This one is good because it's very practical, no buzz words, no preaching, suggestions for your everyday life only. Thank you for your appreciation!

I don't read self-help kind of books but I have bunch of bad habits that I desperately want to get rid of. So this book would be helpful.
Thanks a lot for an insightful review ☺.

I'm intrigued by the book's quite simple but logical premise; that big changes can be brought about by small ones. I see your concern about Sir. Constantine's usage of the 1% as the measure of success and self actualisation.
Thanks for such a concise and insightful review!

Self-help books are great. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey was one of the most important books of my life. The Power of Small Habits seems to be a great read as well. Thanks for your fantastic review, NetMassimo. :tiphat:
Heart! We will forget him!
You an I, tonight!
You may forget the warmth he gave,
I will forget the light.

When you have done, pray tell me
That I my thoughts may dim;
Haste! lest while you're lagging.
I may remember him!

Habitual spirals of negativity can always be overcome! Sounds like this title does a worthwhile job of breaking down positive reinforcement techniques into manageable bites. Thanks for your honest and helpful review of this one!

Yes, the premise is simple and requires only that you're committed to working on small things all the time. That can change your life, but there's no guarantee that you can join the 1% of superrich people. Thank you for your appreciation!
