A pekingese names Willie Bo Nelson (The red-headed stranger....he's solid red and was a stray that came up)
A chahuahua/feist mix named Cosmo (Another stray....he's hyper and reminds us of Cosmo Kramer from Seinfield)
A black cat named Elvira
Now I have my mom's dog named Blondie (a mutt with blonde hair)
If any other animals show up I think I'll start numbering them!

Haha! That's hilarious!Bighuey wrote:My dog had a different name today. I caught him digging in my cantaloupe patch.
My cat is orange, so I named her Vesta after the Roman Goddess of Fire. My fiance still rolls her eyes at me for doing so. The rest of family can't seem to get the name right and calls her "Vespa."

gerbils--Hurricane Xander, Twister
guinea pigs--Pip and Flip. Yes, I named them after pinheads. They're not too bright.
No more rats. My heart broke every time I lost one.

O'Malley - husband's cat - named after O'Malley the alleycat in Aristocats
Tilly - my cat. Cute & petite, just like me! I liked the name.
Caramel - oldest daughter's cat. orange
Mocake - 2nd daughter's cat. Mocake used to be Snowflake, but our youngest daughter pronounced it Mocake. Most of the time we now just call her Mo. She's the sweetest and friendliest of our cats.
Cookie - My 6 yr. old daughter's cat. She's actually a male but looked too pretty to be a male, so we've always called her a she. She was a feral cat but is slowly coming around to us. After a few years she's finally letting us pet her.
Macy - our yellow lab. We adopted her from my brother when his wife died and he travels a lot for his job. She's an awesome dog and a huge blessing to our family.
We also have two chinese dwarf hamsters - we've had too many of these over the years, so they were never even named. Wouldn't be able to tell them apart anyway. Somehow, they were my daughters but I always get stuck taking care of them!
