Honestly I'm really curious about what inspired him to write the book and what inspired the idea of writing it as 15 different stories.

My question would be why did you write about Adam and Eve?
They lived thousands of years ago and no one can really know the truth about their lives at that time so why the conjecture?
Why do you think they had twelve daughters?

I think Genesis was an easy chapter to plot on. The Bible is comprehensive, choosing other chapters would have proven a daunting task.

Well, the author deserves my question!
But firstly, "Killing Abel is a novel based on the historical events from Adam to Noah." I believe its purpose is to wrap chasms left in the Bible with fiction, while completely removing northing.

Do we expect a new book promptly to cover the rest of the Bible?
