I’m trying to keep a record on my phone of what books I own. I collect Steve Jackson and Ian Livingston pick-a-path books from the 80s and I want a way to keep a log of them. At the moment, I just use notes on my phone with a list of the books I have already.

I’m wondering if anyone knows of a good iPhone app out there that is like a digital library where you can load the covers and have them in alphabetical order etc.

Are there any? Or am I stuck using notes?

No. I am happy with Calibre.

I do have a habit of keeping the record on my laptop. I organize them well by keeping a database of the books I read and also link them with the highlights and notes taken in the course of reading them.

I have used Calibre earlier and that had always done a good job. It is easy to work with it.

I've used Calibre before and now I've switched to Adobe Digital Editions, which are both free to download on their official websites. Both have the same functionality but I found that I like the overall look of DE better.

I’ve looked into Calibre and Adobe DE, but I’ve actually found I like the functionality of LibLib to be the best.

I had been using notes on phone for a really long time. But then tried Calibre and liked it. It is easy to use and free. The most I need really. But now I am back to notes because find it not comfortable to have a lot of apps, that I use once in a while.

Sometimes I find this too. There are just too many different things on my phone to remember. Plus notes don’t update when you open them haha

I agree with the recent comments about suggesting Calibre. It has been a great free app for me. It made my reading excursion organized and easier to locate.
