I just can't imagine how you guys reacted to that sand in the living room the next morning >.<whiskeyguy wrote:Haha yeah in Old School Vince Vaughn says "I know a great sand guy, we can get wall to wall sand"... which to a bunch of 22 year olds sounds like the best idea ever. We put plastic down and shoveled it in by hand, filling our entire living room. Great times...JessyGirl88 wrote: oh god...an improvised beach party eh? hmm not a bad idea LOL!

At my brothers wedding i drank way too many long island iced teas and my mum locked me in her car so i wouldnt act stupid (I'm a happy giggly drunk. so i pretty much love everyone when i'm drunk.) plus i was 17 so.. yea. I panicked, didnt know how to unlock the door and called absolutely everyone on my cell phone (including my grandmother who wasnt very happy that her granddaughter had been drinking...) crying begging people to help me because i couldnt figure out how to unlock the door. My best friend drove over, showed me what to do through the window, and i ran out as fast as a drunk teenager can laughing hysterically. When my mum found me i was passed out in a empty parking lot that was half a mile away from the reception..
The last time i was drunk i left the widow open while it was snowing because i was alone and wanted to make a snowman to keep me company, but it was too cold for me to go outside. Matt came home in the morning to a foot of snow in this patch on his bedroom floor with two balls in the middle because i fell asleep before i could finish the snowman.

I eventually washed and dried. 3. at "the other woman's" apartment. Sometimes my gf would call my cell before
I had a chance to retrieve it. If "the other woman" answered it, this usually meant taking up residence with "the other
woman" until my gf forgave my indiscretion. Occasionally, my gf found forgiveness impossible. And my life had a
new set of circumstances to consider.

Another really stupid thing I did was when I was in my 20's. I was with a friend and his wife in Salt Lake and we had to drive to Spanish Fork which is about 80 miles south from Salt Lake. I had the bright idea hey lets stop at every bar on the right side of the road and have a beer until we get to Spanish. We got about to Provo and we were really poo-poo faced by then. Theres a lot of bars on that road. I shudder when I think of driving all that way as drunk as we were. I dont remember anything after Provo. Its a wonder we made it the shape we were in. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

I have outgrown that part of my life as well with a little help from my fiancee. I used to drink and do drugs 3 to 4 nights a week during my uni years. When I met Hades, for some reason she took me on as a project and got me on the straight and narrow. When I ask her about it she says that she could see the "real me" underneath all the crap. I owe alot to her, who knows maybe even my life.awelker wrote:i've actually out grown that part of my life. don't get me wrong i like to have a beer every once in awhile. but i don't drink 4 nights a week like i did my sophomore and junior years in college. god my liver hated me.

I'm quite capable of making a fool of myself without any alcohol ... unfortunately

Thats some story, Gannon. You were one of the lucky ones. So many people on that crap come to a bad end.Gannon wrote:I have outgrown that part of my life as well with a little help from my fiancee.
