Yes, one must adhere to their comfort zone whole dealing with stress. It is what will help us clear out mind and help us concentrate on the task ahead.

Meditation and excercise for me as well. But exercise that I find enjoyable, and drinking tea is good for the soul too

For me personally chamomile tea and meditation works the best. After a long day's work, drinking a cup of chamomile tea before going to bed and reading a book for a few minutes helps me relax. It can pave way to a deep and relaxing sleep. When I feel a headache building up, I usually close my eyes and take a deep and long breath to relax a bit. It does improve my concentration and gives a temporary relief.

I find that kayaking is a great way to meditate, exercise, and appreciate the beauty around me. When I get into my particular rhythm, the activity melts all my anxieties away.

Yes, in case of tea the aroma and the anti-oxidants in the tea can help you relax and concentrate.

The best relief to stress though my own personal experience is sufficient rest, while frequent exercise will probably deal with anxiety.

Hi! For me, exercise can be simply taking a semi brisk walk for 15-30 minutes every day. It can be very grounding and relaxing. I don't think you have to do a crazy fitness program if that is not something you may enjoy. For me, a walk every day as well as light beginner's yoga really helps with my anxiety. Try taking a walk at a set time each day and see if you notice changes. I try to take my walk at the same time each day as the routine of it also helps with stress and anxiety. I hope that is helpful!

Exercising doesn't really help me overcome stress. I find breathing and repeating some sort of mantra most helpful.

Several techniques help me handle stress. Sometimes exercise, especially a good run. Sometimes just reading a good book and sometimes doing crafts. I think really to handle stress, you do what you like and use that enjoyment to clear your mind from the thoughts that are making you anxious. My kids use journals to help them. They can write about the situation and work it out that way.

For me, it usually depends on the stressor. At times, exercising helps a lot when I have so much in mind. When I'm on a block and can't start off with anything productive, I usually start by decluttering. If things started to get overwhelming, I use music to relax.

I'm currently trying to use exercise as a way to reduce my anxiety. I'm currently on my day 3 of exercising, but to be honest, exercising just makes me sad.

For me exercise is really important to everyday lives. It will make you feel better. Exercise will give you a good mood, light everyday living and peace of mind. Your anxiety will lessen by relaxing your muscles and mind.
