Yes, one must adhere to their comfort zone whole dealing with stress. It is what will help us clear out mind and help us concentrate on the task ahead.

Yes, in case of tea the aroma and the anti-oxidants in the tea can help you relax and concentrate.

Hi! For me, exercise can be simply taking a semi brisk walk for 15-30 minutes every day. It can be very grounding and relaxing. I don't think you have to do a crazy fitness program if that is not something you may enjoy. For me, a walk every day as well as light beginner's yoga really helps with my anxiety. Try taking a walk at a set time each day and see if you notice changes. I try to take my walk at the same time each day as the routine of it also helps with stress and anxiety.
