I think exercising and a lot of works outs would do for me. They make muscles active and enhances your mental health. In my opinion, it's a great way to relieve anxiety!

Yes, it should definitely help towards your regular well being if you find something you find comfort in. Music really soothes the mind and calms your nerves. I can listen to m favorite song on repeat all day. An sometimes if you feel down one song can totally change your mood.

Yes finding the correct thing is all that matters. Everyone is different. So the remedy if different too. Keep that in mind and practice something you find comfort in.

Reading and listening to music are my top stress relievers. However, I believe exercise can also be extremely effective.

Swimming is my favorite antidote for stress. Yoga is a close second.

Totally agree! I think there might be something about having a ritual that helps. Tea doesn't hit me the same way coffee does, ahaha.

I love exercise and workouts because they helps me feel relaxed. My whole body becomes actively and I'm able to think straight.

A thing that helps me the most is a training. Running for about ten minutes can give me strengths to do for additional time. Also listening music helps to relax when I am too annoyed.

Having tried two effective natural remedies, you'll be a step ahead of stress and anxiety. If you've found running and music to be your fit, keep doing them.
