The most helpful thing for me has been meditating regularly. I have noticed that my emotional stability has improved by incorporating some meditation into my everyday routines.

I believe it narrows down to what you prefer. If at all you've resolved that exercise is the most effective remedy, you can stick to it.
Yes, be in your comfort zone and try the things you like to do. Keep it simple and calm yourself. It will make your head clear and you can take proper decisions.

Most people get into meditation for the first time as an effective remedy to try and reduce stress. Meaning if it wasn't for that reason, they wouldn't pick it up.
Meditation is good. Combined with different breathing exercises, it can be a great source of stress reliever.

Exercise of course, it utilizes your energy in the initial days to relieve you of anxious thoughts and later on it becomes a habit. Apart from it i believe meditation and Yoga do a lot of good deed.

Herbal teas are my go to for stress or any other mental troubles. Maybe it is because a warm cup of tea is soothing in and of itself but I do believe that the herbs play a vital role in helping the body restore and rejuvinate.

Personally, for me, I feel that exercise especially running helps a lot to reduce anxiety and stress.
Same here. I found running is the most effective exercise for me. I can empty my mind while jogging inside the nature.

Again, I think this is a very personal choice. Each people has a different way of exercise. I would be interested in reading people's thoughts on this.
I know a lot of people use meditation. But to me, running is the most effective one.

I've used relaxation methods that involve focusing on slowly relaxing the body from head to toe. Usually when I'm stressed I like to take a walk or read (especially if it's something I can't do anything about at the moment).

The breathing exercises are helpful as you can do them anywhere, at any time. Listening to music is also a good way to relax. I also find sitting in the sun for short periods of time to be very relaxing.

The methods that work for me best when it comes to dealing with anxiety include, taking a long walk on a lonely path, chatting with a buddy, and getting a deep body massage.

Not to be a broken record, but getting plenty of physical exercise certainly helps to keep a level head. I also find that what I eat plays a huge part in how I feel and am able to handle whatever comes my way. When I get busy and eat foods that are not the best for me, I find that the stressors create more pronounced symptoms. If I stay true to better, more whole foods, I can handle the stress more effectively.

Exercise is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety. But I also find slow music working wonders for me. It soothes the mind and relaxes the body.
