Exercise, especially running, and meditating works the best for me. And I do them both at the same time :D . There's the mind and body coordination with running and you would also pay attention to the beautiful minor details, such as the cold breeze of the morning and the pounding of your shoes against the road. It's liberating ! hehe

To me, it’s exercising that helped me the most. It the positive feeling that working out brings me. Seeing the result after weeks of hard-work makes me feel accomplished. It definitely lessens my tendencies to self-pity.

It takes simple steps to begin seeing results. The best remedy chosen from this book, is a selection of composure, trust on Gustavo's recommendations and continuous improvement.

Most people get into meditation for the first time as an effective remedy to try and reduce stress. Meaning if it wasn't for that reason, they wouldn't pick it up.
Meditation is good. Combined with different breathing exercises, it can be a great source of stress reliever.
Meditation has been practiced for ages. It requires patience to master the art. I'm glad Kinrys included it in this book.

Everyone is capable of making more than one remedy effective. By forming a habit of applying the principles, it becomes apparent that the remedies Gustavo gave are easier to implement.

I also enjoy herbal tea, have you tried boiling raw green banana leaves then adding a teaspoon of cinnamon to the strained water? If taken an hour before bed, it's a source of calm sleep.

As advised by the author, when you find what triggers your stress, you should work towards either eliminating the trigger or avoiding it. If exercising is the root cause of your stress, you should stick to the music.

Personally, for me, I feel that exercise especially running helps a lot to reduce anxiety and stress.
Same here. I found running is the most effective exercise for me. I can empty my mind while jogging inside the nature.
To relieve stress and anxiety, running can be done on different terrain. Do you find it equally functional in all terrains?

I know a lot of people use meditation. But to me, running is the most effective one.
Indeed, it's a personal choice. Mostly, I find HIIT exercise, music and prayer to work perfectly for me.
