Although I’m not suffering due to anxiety or anything similar, I found this book interesting as somehow, I could relate to the little things he mentioned that causes stress—not wanting to associate with anyone, or lack of energy to do tasks. I feel like a lot of people could relate to that. It’s also a plus point that the author deliberately made this so simple and easy to understand. Something I think is very important when talking to a patient.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars and recommend it to everyone.

I love that the author way straight to the point and defined anxiety and stress before going forward to address how to relive them. i enjoyed reading the book.

I loved reading the book because it provided valuable information about anxiety. There were a lot of symptoms that I wasn't aware of before. The book shed light on a lot of those symptons.

I think this is a very informative book. Tackling the stress and anxiety narratives, especially during this Covid times is vital. I am definitely going to recommend this book to friends as its arguments are well substantiated, the author did intensive research on the topics. I love most the remedies of anxiety. They are pragmatic and achievable. There's nothing I dislike about it. Am rating it 4 out of 4 star

It's not a novel, so listing facts was the point. It include suggestions as well.

I liked the book and I would recommend it to, pretty much everyone because we all experience stress and anxiety even if it's not at a pathological level and I've had horrible experiences with "traditional" treatments so I would rather resort to natural alternatives. But I think I would recommend it as a reference book because it's not exactly a riveting read.

Gustavo Kinrys has written a fully detailed, informative book. The author defines what anxiety and stress are, then goes on to say its causes. The author mentions the medication required and then tells readers about natural remedies. This quote resonated with me -
“Although medication can help reduce anxiety symptoms, it comes at a cost.”
Medication should definitely be taken under prescription if necessary, but when it's not so severe, we should take care of ourselves through natural remedies and a good lifestyle. The author explains why each solution works and why something doesn't work. This book is very detailed and that's why it took me a long time to complete it. I couldn't just read this in one sitting. I would say - Take notes, highlight and inclulcate some of the solutions the author says in your lifestyle. I enjoyed this book, but it's a slow one. But, I learnt a lot about anxiety and that's why I would rate it 4 out of 4 stars.

Alternative approaches to managing (or even eliminating) stress have recently gained popularity in the health industry and this book is further proof of the possibilities that can be had in methods that aren't "medically scientific" or follow the tenets of complementary, Western medicine.

I found the natural strategies that include diet particularly significant as I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes in 2018 and stress is something I must work to avoid as much as I can.

Overall, it was a great and insightful read for me.

I'll give it a perfect rating because the book is quite informative. A lot of persons, especially youngsters struggle with stress and anxiety in today's world, especially with the pandemic situation plaguing the earth now. The book helps us discover the causes of stress, the impact on our behavior and interpersonal relationships, plus how to get better from it. I love the book.

This is what I liked the most. I believe this book is perfect and overall rating for it 4 out 4 stars. I can recommend this book not only because it is perfect but also due to the various lifestyle changes it provides. I agree with most of the authors' prescriptions for relieving anxiety and stress. I also liked the breathing exercises and the normal exercises they recommended. Another thing is that all these recommendations are non-pharmacological. I will gladly recommend it to everyone who needs a natural relief for anxiety and stress. I rated it four stars.

I just finished reviewing this book and gave it four out of four stars. I think it had some good advice. If I thought that I would not offend my relatives by recommending this book, I would buy them a copy. I wish the book would have given some advice on how to approach individuals who are in need of this information.

If there is any book worth reading at such a time as this then I guess this is the book. As the author actually helps one understand what stress and anxiety are and the various underlying cause of the same and much more important very practical steps to handle one's stress and anxiety. I'll rate it 4/4 because it's very clear to read and understand. I like the book and will definitely recommend it to friends
