I agree that working out is helpful for destressing. Spending time outdoors and prayer are also beneficial for me.

Exercising, most especially running and skipping rope helps me to clear out my mind.

I agree that exercises are some of the most effective remedies for the alleviation of anxiety and stress. They are great for mental and emotional clarity as well. I also find breathing exercises, meditation, and singing/listening to a nice song helpful too.

I'd say Chamomile tea and exercise are very effective in reducing anxiety and stress because they've worked very well for me.

The most effective method on the book for me was meditation. I take long walks when stressed and meditate in the process which makes coping easier.

Personally, for me, I feel that exercise especially running helps a lot to reduce anxiety and stress.
For me it is hiking that works best. I guess that would be a combination of exercising and meditation, then... :eusa-think: other forms of going in the middle of the nature work too, when hiking is not possible.

I have never tried meditation but it's one therapy I would love to try. Normally I write as a way for my therapy.. and that works well for me.

I definitely have to vouch for meditation. Psychologists and Psychiatrists even prescribe it to people with anxiety. It is great for developing self-awareness and allows a lot of introspection. Keeping yourself grounded is for sure my go to.

I also find physical exercises accompanied by some bit of meditation being therapeutic to a great extent

Very, true. Running serves as a nice physical distracter, especially whenever anxiety/stress comes calling.

I have found exercising like brisk walking and meditation or yoga helps me best to deal with anxiety. While exercising releases the tension in muscles, yoga nd meditation provides much need internal peace to listen to my thoughts and take actions. Reasoning loudly with myself also helps me to have less panic attacks.
