It is also through introspection that you become an enlightened person.
Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.

For me, a general workout doesn't do anything for me. It has to be a physical activity like volleyball, tennis or swimming where I can actually engage the physical and mental. I would like to try meditation, I'm just not sure how to truly meditate for effective results.

I think one needs to find a recreation that helps to ease of stress and anxiety. Examples: exercising, yoga, dancing g, singing and a lot.

Using my muscles in any way to burn the extra energy that I get along with my stress.
Deep breathing has been paramount in controlling anxiety attacks.
Of the remedies taken, I swear by ashwaghanda, dong quai, and gaba.
So many good things to choose from.

Totally agree with you. Meditation is a great way to solve the problem

I think the rememdies depend on the type of anxiety, or rather the symptoms. I find exercise helps calm me down so I can sleep better at night. Meditation helps me with any morning anxiety I might have. Music is useful for sudden anxiety, because it allows me to slow things down mentally. Ashwagandha works well generally. I would recommend it to anyone.

Personally, for me, I feel that exercise especially running helps a lot to reduce anxiety and stress.
Yes, exercise is the best remedy for everyone but I liked breathing therapies to reduce stress.

Meditation! It was really hard at first, but when I managed to make it a habit, it drastically made me feel better over time. I realized that I became more mindful of my triggers, and that lead to me being able to manage my anxiety better. I also like drinking tea in the morning.

I agree with you. I do think that exercising, meditating, and decluttering go hand-in-hand.
Exercising frees the muscles, meditating frees the mind, and decluttering frees living space.
They're inevitable.

I honestly find that exercise is the best stress-reliever ever. Stress, whether it is mild or acute, can be drastically decreased if a person decides to jog for 30 minutes. Exercise is so underrated.

Working out, taking long walks or doing the dishes while listening to music are activities that I find therapeutic.
