It is also through introspection that you become an enlightened person.Janathereader wrote: ↑29 Aug 2020, 09:59 I definitely have to vouch for meditation. Psychologists and Psychiatrists even prescribe it to people with anxiety. It is great for developing self-awareness and allows a lot of introspection. Keeping yourself grounded is for sure my go to.

Deep breathing has been paramount in controlling anxiety attacks.
Of the remedies taken, I swear by ashwaghanda, dong quai, and gaba.
So many good things to choose from.

Totally agree with you. Meditation is a great way to solve the problemgabrielletiemi wrote: ↑01 Aug 2020, 14:18 For me, meditating and exercising seem to be the most effective methods. But I take traditional medications prescribed by a doctor to help with my anxiety too.

Yes, exercise is the best remedy for everyone but I liked breathing therapies to reduce stress.

I agree with you. I do think that exercising, meditating, and decluttering go hand-in-hand.Stephanie Elizabeth wrote: ↑01 Aug 2020, 08:56 Definitely working out is paramount for my mental health; I also find decluttering and mediation to be helpful.
Exercising frees the muscles, meditating frees the mind, and decluttering frees living space.
They're inevitable.
