I prefer hot beverage. Cold beverages makes my stomach bloat. But sometimes if the weather is too hot for a hot beverage I make smoothies or any cold beverage and after I finish drinking I tend to stand for 30 minutes to let the fluid flow.

Any type of hot beverage is my thing. It really depends on the time of the day though. When I fear to go high on caffeine I drink teas, chamomile, or anything herby.

I've never thought about it, but come to think of it, juice boxes you can drink from as you read, whereas something in a cup, you have to tip your head back, so with that being said, I'm going to say juice boxes.

I love to drink peach iced tea while I am reading a book. I use the Crystal Light packets from the grocery store. I just really love the flavor. It is quite refreshing.
