There's actually a lot of Korean history here, particularly their response as a people to the Japanese occupation. Happy reading!GiselleBengochea wrote: ↑17 May 2020, 15:25![]()
Based on your excellent review, I have just added The Vanished by Pejay Bradley to my Want to Read shelf. If the book covers a bit of Korean History even better! I enjoy reading historical novels. Thank you for sharing.

The culture is certainly interesting. I think you'd like this. Thanks for dropping by!KDJ wrote: ↑14 Nov 2020, 10:51 The Vanished does sound like a novel I would enjoy. I see a couple of responses likened it to a k-drama in book form. Another reason for me to give it a try. I don't mind abrupt endings, although they may have me scratching my head, like others, but it does'nt put me off as much. I think the historical aspect about Korean history is also a plus for me.Thank you for your review.

The character of Kimbon sounds to be very interesting.
