Spring Valley Mango and Banana Nectar. Apparently it's a "rich source of Vitamin C".

Proper beer, not this new modern rubbish that is churned out either, beer brewed the old way using only natural ingredients, sorry to rant....I just love the taste.

I like natural fruit juices. As for commercial products, I like this Smart C+ brand.

Like everyone else here, I can't beat a tall glass of ice water. As far as alcoholic drinks go...either a screwdriver or a margarita. But then again, my exposure to alcoholic drinks has been limited lol. They're too expensive!

Gannon, why not have both? Isnt that what they call Irish coffee? That way you will be awake and alert and poo-poo faced at the same time. :wink:
