A wonderful children’s book "Sock Lobsters" by Michelle Bulriss. The story is about an elderly lady knitting a pair of socks that look like lobsters and these socks can talk. The unique story makes the book appealing.

I love grandmother and granddaughter storylines in children's books. It seems this is a great one. Great job with the review.

I'm curious about Lola's and Sebastian's perspectives as they grieve losing each other when Lola has an optimistic personality while Sebastian has the complete opposite. I like it when children's books could give pleasure to adult readers as well, and since I read the sample I have to agree with you that adults could find comfort in it.

We don't like to think that kids can -and will- experience loss and grief. So I'm glad there are lovely books like this one to show them what its like and, most importantly, that there's a happy ending.

This book will be a great resource for young children to be sensitive towards people who are going through a tough time and will also teach them about dealing with grief in their own lives.

A lovely story that teaches children how to deal with loss. The book seems to give a good vibe, even though it deals with such a heavy subject.
