What a wonderful way to introduce children to the notion of loss and grief. I like the underlying message of the two socks with polar behaviors coexisting peacefully.

I am looking forward to digging into this novel because children’s books is a reminder that good values should be installed to children to assure our future’s care when it’s time for them to manage their communities. I love reading them because they remind me to not forget the good values my parents taught me so I could remain a positive influencer as I interact with other people around me. They may be intended for young people but the truth is, they are for everyone. I am excited to know Emily and her lobster socks and find out how Lola will be able to find her way back to Sebastian and Emily’s foot once more.

This #BOTD sounds like it could also work for children that are young when parents divorce. Grief is a difficult subject to tackle and this colorful book might be able to teach the lesson less painfully. Great review.

The socks represent the balance in life. Positive and negative perspective of one's life. In my point of view,it needs to be together always so that no one will be having a confusion making decisions. Emily represents a person who does not have focus on things it surrounds her. She sees only side of life not even noticing that something might have lost. This book explains deep meaning of life and somehow delivered in a fun and exciting way so that everyone can relate, even with the kids.

This book is most relatable at a time like this. Grief and loss are heavy topics to manipulate, so books like these do a fantastic job of introducing and explaining these concepts to children. Everyone can benefit from this story. Thanks for a great review, and sorry about your cat.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting children's book about a pair of socks in the shape of lobsters that are able to communicate with their owner. One day, one of the socks goes missing, much to the distress of the owner and the other sock. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

Thank you for your wonderful review. It sounds like a great children’s book and it all starts with a red ball of yarn to knit socks. I loved the cover, very colorful.
Unfortunately the Amazon review gave nothing except a red ball of yarn, and I love to read there reviews.
