As an adult that experienced bullying as a child, I'm glad the author chose to write about it. Hopefully, kids in Henry's situation can learn ways to deal with bullying from his experience.

Jenny's Heroes by Barry Litherland is a children's book that addresses the bullying problem in an interesting and unique way. Most of the kids face this problem and needs a different perspective to face it. This is a must read for them.
The review is superb.

Loved your review! I also agree with you that bullies are sometimes themselves victims of abuse at home. At times even if they're not, they learn such behaviour by observing people around them. I'm eager to know how Henry and Jenny deal with the bullies. I enjoy books that have hold a message or lesson for children. I'm definitely reading this book.

This book is fun to read, and I like the message within the narrative. I agree it would be a good book for young adults and perhaps one that could be read by parents or teachers to younger children. Unfortunately, bullies do not stop when high school ends. Hopefully, books like these can help stop the cycle. Thanks for the good review on this book.

I like that this book keeps things light-hearted about a serious topic, as this gentle approach is suitable for young readers.

I am glad the book handles an important theme and reveals the problems bullies could be experiencing. I am adding the book to my want-to-read shelf.

Till date bullying in school is still very much there. I like that this book actually condemn it because it causes emotional break down in a child who goes through it. Thank you for this book.

Thank you for the great review! I agree that bullying is a big issue in schools today. I had a nephew who was bullied in high school and it made his life miserable. When he retaliated he was the one to get in trouble! I am thankful the author wrote this book. This problem should not be ignored!

Bullying is a serious matter that more often than not does not receive the attention it deserves. I think Henry's story could raise people's awareness about this problem and help other children who have to cope with similar situations. Thanks for your review!

Bullying is a very critical issue that this book addresses. Many children are victims of this act but timidity is a reason they cannot let them out. I really like the subtle manner in which the author addressed the issue of bullying. I encourage everyone especially parents and guardians to read this book to help grasp the hidden poison of this act in order to get rid of it.
Thank you.

Thanks for the review. It is good to read this type of story which has lessons for kids and adults as well. Bullying is a serious problem that affects the psychology of those who fall victim to it.
