I can't remember the last time I read a book so quick. I had so many questions to start with, but their nature changed as I was nearing the end of the book. First I started with how and why things happened, are there any conspiracies, treasons or something like that to then later questioning the meaning and purpose of our actions, the motivation and worth of it all. I've just read this book and it's still fresh in my mind, but it gave me something to think about. The concept of memory loss and the fight between wanting to remember versus letting it all go to start anew was the idea I thought of the most.

Unfortunately this book didn't really do it for me. I never felt invested in John as a character but I did enjoy the author's use of the unreliable narrator. The terrorist plot being blamed on Islam felt a little heavy handed and cliché in a way that followed popular culture instead of potentially utilizing an actual extremist group. I also felt that this work was a very slow burn and it never really picked up enough to make me interested or anxious for what was going to happen, though the black voids attached to the building and its plans were interesting. Overall I'd rate this a 2 out of 4 stars in that it wasn't for me, but I'm sure others would enjoy it.

I read different categories of novels of which psychological thrillers are not left out of the contest. The author did an amazing job in his style of exhibition engaging the mind of readers as they try to figure out the possible outcome ahead. One is expected to get bored reading a novel when you can figure the final expectation. This book is suitable for readers who enjoy reading psychological thrillers. I will not hesitate to give it a full rating.

This is a likeable psychological novel with nothing I didn't like about it. The plot and character development were both fantastic. The writing style is admirable. This is a good book for those who enjoy thrillers and interesting stories. For these reasons I would give this book 4 out of 4 stars.

So many people seemed to love this book that I'm wondering if I read it wrong. I didn't like it at all. I felt that there was no conclusion. Will John have this darkness forever? Did he ever get his memories back? Does he even care about anything?

This psychological thriller is indeed the best book on protagonist's life. Ita also covers so many topics in just one thing that's why I am in love with the protagonist. I would reccomend this book to all the readers who enjoy reading interesting books. I give this book a rating of 4 out of 4 stars.

The author tells the story of the main character, John Gowan's, search for the truth in this psychological thriller. He suffers a head injury during a car accident and awakens in the hospital with amnesia. Unexpected twists and turns as well as impeccable world-building, suspense, and John's internal struggles will keep readers on the edge of their seats. Four out of four for me. There was no part of the book I did not like. Readers who normally enjoy this genre will have a blast with this one.

The book was expertly written. It is masterful that it is written through John's perspective because it adds to the suspension and keeps the reader on the edge and always trying to guess whether John is a good guy or not. There was nothing to dislike about the book. I gave it a rating of 4 out of 4 stars because there were no errors and it kept me enthralled. I will recommend it to others that love thrillers and suspense.

I'm still working my way through the book. However, I appreciate the simplicity of the writing style—the events flow around swiftly enough that I am not bored and remain engaged. Most talks, like sentences, are brief. I also enjoy how I can comprehend what's going on—this isn't one of those novels where I have to go back and read to figure out where I'm at. So far, I would rate it a 4 out of 4 stars.

I recently finished reading this psychological thriller because it's not a genre I usually go for. But I see what the hype is all about. It does have a mysterious and strange nature that can attract readers. I liked the world-building and the characters, but the writing flow could've been better. Since I'm not such a fan of the genre, I gave it 3 out of 4 stars because I couldn't enjoy it as much.

This is one of its kind thriller that caught my attention. I wholeheartedly liked the book the moment I started reading it. The simple style used in writing gives a reader much easiness in reading. The numerous twists and turns make one to yearn to know what happened next after e certain event. Congratulations to the author for this wonderful piece of work.

This book was so wonderfully written, it deserves the best rating. It had me intrigued and confused, trying to figure out who designed the building. I loved the way Martin Kendall developed his characters and made the scenes full of suspense, making us wonder if Pete's accident was intentional and if it was John who was behind it.

I was actually pleasantly surprised with this book. At the beginning, I did not think I would be able to get into it. The falling of the Zenith Building was very similar to what happened on 9/11 in NYC. When John's first reaction was not for the lives lost but if he could win the bid to erect a new building in the spot when the debris was cleared, I was turned off. I about laid the book down at that point because I had family that perished during the 9/11 terrorist attack. It just rubbed me the wrong way. The disregard for the lives lost by John was hard to get past but I kept reading. I am still reading the book but now I do not seem to be able to stop reading it.
