I like Spirited Away and Chihiro's portrayal was absolutely amazing. She was brave and strong and did not fear Yuu-baba.

It's the first Ghibli film I watched.
I can relate to Chihiro's despair when she was forced to do things on her own to survive in a different world she was not used to.
HOWL'S MOVING CASTLE for my romantic experience.
I had to read the book before watching the film.
Both are my favorite! I'm glad that my SO loves the book, too!

I can't believe itShamelle Javier wrote: ↑02 May 2021, 23:59 I love the mystical yet cozy feeling that the movies of Studio Ghibli bring. However, I weirdly like Ocean Waves. It’s not a fantasy movie, and more like a slice of life. And, the plot is quite boring and confusing. Yet, it’s atmosphere somehow brings nostalgia which I favored more than other Studio Ghibli movies.

That's really great. I have seen it once and it was superb. It was my first Ghibli movie.fridamadrid wrote: ↑01 May 2021, 22:28 I love a lot of them, but I think y favourite is Ponyo, I love the story and the characters and all the scenery gives me a very calm and peaceful feeling that inspires me and makes me wish I was in their world.

Then you should watch the following
1)Ponyo
2)Kiki's Delivery Service
3)My Neighbor Totoro
4)Princess Mononoke
5)Graveyard of the Fireflies
There are many more exciting one's and from these ones you can start watching more of Anime.
