How can I get in touch over two over-payments?

Hi,

I'm concerned to get my money back over two overpayments totalling $400. I initially paid for the $100 review fee and then
(I'm guessing) by inadvertently clicking on the same Paypal button twice, authorised another two payments, each for $200. This is a lot of money.

I've had one email from Scott, but Scott, if you're there, please could you urgently mail me back/ and/ or return the overpayment. I'm the guy that sent you a Paypal invoice two days ago.

Hope you'll understand why I'm using this forum as there's no direct way to contact you on the site. Thanks and looking forward to my review popping up soon. I was told it was completed several days ago...

I have now emailed Scott over the two x $200 dollar overpayments, but have heard nothing back. Please can anyone tell me how to get in touch with Scott? This is not a small amount of money.

Also, I can't trace anywhere the review that I was told had been completed on my book and well rated. It means that so far, I've had exactly nothing back for a staggering $500 dollars.

If I sound a little tense, it's because that isn't a small amount of money.

So please, anyone, if you can help me get in touch with Scott, I'd really appreciate that. Or Scott, please do me the courtesy of replying to my emails.
