Book to be reviewed?

Hi,

My book, Petty Offenses and Crimes of the Heart, was picked up for review in September, but I have heard nothing since. Did the reviewer not like or choose not review the book? How would I find out? It's still listed as:

Current status: The reviewer has confirmed that he/she has received the book and is in the process of reading it.

The reviewer who chose your book has been fired. A new reviewer will be found.

I did not receive an email stating that another reviewer had chosen my book for review until today. When I signed onto your site, the note says that the book was chosen for review in May and if I have not yet sent the book it is too late. The problem is, I never received any notification or a name or address to send the book to. Can my book still be reviewed on your site? --Mitchell Waldman
