Haven't recieved my review

Hi there,

I listed my author's book "Murder on Haint Branch" to be reviewed and provided a PDF file for the reviewer to read with. I received one person read it, but stopped reading it because they didn't find it a good fit.

But another person agreed to read it, and downloaded the book to their device on May 20th. The status of the book hasn't changed since this, and I haven't received a review.

Can someone help me find out what the status is?

You are in this too huh? That sucks!

I submitted my novel for review and got an update saying it was reviewed but was pending edits...this was on 13 June. The update also mentioned that the edits will take 48 hours

hahhahah today is 9 July...4 days and it will be a month. Ha!

And the worst part is I have sent over 8 emails and no one has bothered to reply!

I also received an email and it said that my review was waiting to be edited at well and should be up in 48 hours. This was only on the 3rd of July but still, I have also sent a personal message and had no reply. I am particularly annoyed as have had the $15 taken for advertising this review.

Not sure what to do about it now?

Tyler, the reviewer was unable to get the file they downloaded to work. Whether there is something wrong with the file you uploaded or whether the reviewer mistakenly chose a file format that doesn't work on their device, I don't know. I have rest your review request status so that a new reviewer can try it out.
