I would like to ask you, the reader, how do you con yourself? By that I mean - how have you convinced yourself that you don't have what it takes to succeed in some area of your life? We all get caught in that, don't we? My book helped me (while writing it), to see that I had conned myself into believing I was a mediocre writer at best. Since my book, I reread it and discover some lines that are downright genius! :) We all have that genius, don't we? After all, we all are "The Maestro!" Thank you, Rob

I really enjoyed reading this book which has given me a chance to define the concept of different varieties of people whether they have an empathy feeling for you which can be scary. You really don't know if they are for you or against you which can distract you from the mental state of mind. It is good for self-improvement with positive reinforcement to reach your higher potential in life.

Hi Chimereucheya ... you asked, "Does this book, in any way, a reflection of your experience or a fragment of your life?" This book is a consequence of direct experiences I had over many decades of living. I came to realize that what it means to be a human being is very much dependent upon the conversation in which I was born. I also came to realize that my experiences in life were very much affected by the many NOs that I'd heard while growing up. It then became apparent to me that I was no different than anyone else, in that way. We are all born into a conversation, and we live our lives out of that conversation. And we cannot change how we live our lives until we change that conversation. Indeed, all that I've written comes from all that I've experienced in some way, shape or form :) Rob

I would like to ask one question Rob. Don't you feel that in the book you exagerate our abilities as humans. I'm saying this because this feeling of unnatural superpowers may actually lead to the failure rather than success. For instance, if something happened which is completely out of someone's control (as death of someone, a natural disaster, unexpected failure in an exam or any thing that is totally unexpected) and this affected the outcomes expected. Wouldn't that lead to dismay if I believed that I can control everything, when I actually can't? I think that knowing that events beyond our control may occur will put my mind at ease if I failed at something despite all my efforts. What do you think about that?

You folks are asking powerful questions, and powerful questions lead to even more powerful questions. It seems the purpose of a good question is to put one in a mental mode of inquiry so that even better questions can be asked. Okay, let's see. We're having a fireside chat here.

1st I'd like to say that no specific person prompted or inspired me to write this book. The whole human family has absolutely intrigued me. And just investigating into what it means to be a human being has absolutely inspired me. And no one literally helped me write the book. It's all me :)

Also, I notice that every individual sets their own standard for success. Some folks believe success is barely making it, while someone else believes success is living free and expressing themselves completely, in all their glory. What is the child's first flowering? What is that tiny tot's first expression that is a true revealing of her/himself? When does the child lower their standard for success? This question absolutely grabs my attention. This is what I address in this book.

An old Zen Koan: "What did your face look like before you were born?" I believe this Koan is inquiring into how joyful and free your face looked before you gave birth to that unwanted mental house guest (the Intruder), which occurred during childhood moments of "NO, NO, NO!" That was the birth of the "other self" that has us set our standard for success so low! That's the stuff we have to look at (not deny), to get to the good stuff. That is the kind of thinking that drove me to write this book.

Thank you for your questions, I will continue to answer them in chunk size bites :) blessings, Rob

I live in Nigeria. Although I study in the UK, but I prefer the copy being sent to my native Country.
I will indeed be so delighted Mr Rob. Am so happy to see this message. I feel you are about to make my year🤗🤗🤗.

I have just one question for the author. Do you think you have helped enough people get over their intruder?

On another thought and to save you from stress. If the autographed copy can be given to @gali the OBC admin, I believe it will get to me.
It would also be courteous if I recieve it through OBC because I am their employee. It is also right to follow due process.
Relatively, I would recommend you talk to the admin Gali to be sure it’s allowed in OBC and to aid the whole process.
I am most grateful Mr Rob and I am about to become your biggest fan.

Good day, I would like to ask Mr. Rob White if there was ever a time when Life did never spare to knock you down because of your ideologies in life, and what did you do. Thank you.

I would like to know if the things written and things the author has experienced firsthand and can swear by. It would be nice to also know the inspiration behind this masterpiece.
