What is one thing you make time to do on a daily basis

Post by ebethina »

I believe since adults run a busy life that we should all make time even if it is half an hour daily to ourselves of something we enjoy to do.

For instance, I always allow an hour to read a book before I go to bed. This helps me relax and wind down from a long day of work.

Read my book while eating breakfast. I eat together with hubby, but he usually goes to work earlier, so once he leaves, I take my iPad to the kitchen table and start reading while sipping my coffee :D

I always found a half hour to be too short so I try to set aside at least an hour. I change up what I do during that hour but lately it's been reading or drawing outside if it's not too windy (Fall is my fav season).

Aside from reading, I make sure to have time sketching either on my bullet journal or on my quotes journal.

I always make time to play a video game,(at least 30 minutes). I also make time for at least 2 chapters of the book I am currently reading

Prayer is another thing I try to always make time for in my day, because without God, who are we?

I also always make time to read something. Whether it is a manga, a magazine or a small note.

I make time everyday for some reading. My day does not feel complete without it.
