Definitely discouragement, subsequently the negative thoughts that tend to spring up from such interactions.

Before reading the book, I concluded that I was lazy. Right now, I have a completely new mentality that laziness is an intruder I must get rid of. Oh, you can't imagine how I'm tremendously motivated by this attitude.

The most common intruders I can relate to are negative thoughts. The one thing that I always tell myself is to clear my mind off any negativity and think positive in any situation. These negative thoughts can actually mess with your brain causing direct harm to your mind, body, and soul. It kind of derails you from your true purpose in life.

Procrastination. I have been fighting this intruder for so long, but after I was advised that as soon as I think of something I should do it, I can say my life has been changed for better now. The other inner intruder I am still battling with is self-doubt.

Laziness is the Intruder in action, indeed, Chinonso. The many ways you folks are sharing how the Intruder effects you, the more I understand my own book a little better. Our lives are not meant to be a dress rehearsal, and yet the Intruder will have us live it that way, hoping the real thing will come along soon. This is it. This is the real thing. Live it like it's the real thing. That The Maestro! Nothing lazy about that :) Thank you

My intruder is negative thinking about myself. I now make more effort in reminding myself that I am valuable.

Which "intruders" most often set themselves up and manage to throw me off balance? This is rather a question related to various events and moments. Yes, there really are side things that can affect you in a way that you can even give up your own life. At this point, these "intruders" are many and come from different directions (I will not name the terms of the "intruders"). That is why I would tell people who are shaken by such things to believe in themselves and, if they find any hope in this book, to keep it awake and continue to live as they want to live. Because everyone determines their own destiny, in the end, and how far it will go.

I can relate to procrastination as an intruder in this book.  Personally, procrastination has been a big intruder in my life, since my high school days and even till now (in Uni), sometimes preventing me from completing many chores. Discouragement and self-pity are two others.

Procrastination has always been a significant invader in my life; it prevents me from completing many chores. I've always accepted procrastination as a part of my life, but after reading this book, I've realized that it simply serves to hold me back.

My most active intruders are usually negativity and self doubt. I often hold my self to insanely high standards and turn my aggression inwards when I fail to meet them.

Oh dear, I am far worse off than you can think. My “intruders” are overconfidence and over interference. My siblings have argued with me severally on this. Although l eventually gets proven right, I begin to experience self-doubt about my intervention and develop a bad feeling about this. Then I procrastinate a lot too. I have been planning to write a book for over a decade now! Very bad. I am also too kind sometimes, even when I know I have to be cruel to be kind. Not good at all because I am in a critical position where l make tough decisions. I develop bad feelings for a period as a result. I need the MM all the time until I master the art of being the “I am.”

One intruder I can relate the most to is the feeling of guilt and being tied down to my past. It is always a huge struggle to walk forward when you think about all the mistakes that can get made.
