I have nieces and nephews that will enjoy a book like this. At first glance, I thought this was going to be reminiscent of the nursery rhyme Old McDonald. Congrats on having the book of the day.

This seems like a wonderful children's book. The premise of finding six cute kittens on a farm is quite heartwarming. I think children would love this book as it seems quite entertaining. Congrats on BOTD.

I'm always concerned about what lessons there are to learn from a children's book and I'm glad this one addresses a major one among children—uncertainty when expecting a new member of the family. I like how the author uses colourful illustrations as children are always drawn to these. A nice book for kids.

This is an excellent book especially for children who are expecting a new addition to the family. It can go a long way in helping them adapt and come to terms with what they may see as a usurper. A great book and deserving the perfect rating.

Such a beautiful children's book. I like that it would help kids learn how to welcome change in the form of new relationships. I also like that it's easy to read and animal stories are one of my most loved children book category. Thanks for your review

This seems to be an interesting read for kids. I'm glad to know that the author did not use difficult vocabulary in the piece, and this will allow kids to understand the message conveyed and enjoy reading the book. The colorful and elaborate illustrations will excite children and help them have a clear understanding of the story. Congratulations on the BOTD.

Great review. I like the theme. Acceptance of half brothers and sisters, even foster siblings, is a difficult issue among children. This book demonstrates that the objection is more often than not based on unfounded fears.

This is a good review that aptly describes the book in a nice summarized version, without spoiling the ending. Maybe I will buy it for my son if he ever gives me a grandchild. He can read it to his child, making a good memory and teaching his child about the angst of a new arrival coming in the process. Just in case I get a second grandchild!
