There are a lot of things to learn in this book but one thing that touched me the most is that for one to reach his goals, he must fully understand himself.

Indeed, John, that's a key reason that had me write this book. Understanding oneself is everything. To the degree that we miss-understand the truth about ourselves, we miss out on the glorious life we came here to experience.

The book brings to my mind the saying "as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he". We must believe in ourselves and keep working towards our goal, regardless of the obstacles.

I have learnt that there is an intruder living inside all of us and this intruder can take many forms and doesn't want us to succeed. Rob White provides ways to conquer our intruders and I found them beneficial

My biggest takeaway from the book is we must act, and act now, if we want to become masters of ourselves. Getting rid of the intruder will not be easy. But no one said that it will be impossible. All we need to do is act.

I think discovering that there is such a thing as an intruder in the first place as well as that one could activate their maestro. These were new to me and I was intrigued to learn about them.

One of the great knowledge I got from this book is the need to understand oneself, to understand what we are made of, and the decisions we take will either mar or make us.

I completely agree that this great book contains numerous life lessons. One of the lessons I took away from this book is that we should always attempt to mold our lives in the direction we desire. I'll not only convey this lesson to others, but I'll also suggest that they read this book so that they might benefit from it.

The lesson I learned from this book was that negative self-talk has a strong impact on my life. Constantly talking negatively about myself will eventually affect the way I see myself.

As the author of this book, Might I share with you that the biggest lesson I learned (while reading all of your wonderful comments), is that that "we never run out of lessons to learn." How exciting is that? You've all been my tutors, with your comments. I am very grateful for that. Thank you :) Rob author: The Maestro Monologue

One of the lessons I learned was the power of the mindset on how it shapes who we become. I have come to understand how to wire my minds toward positivity and nothing less than that

One lesson I learned that I wouldn't forget in a hurry is that I should stop blaming myself for my mistakes. Instead, I should look inward, make corrections, and keep trying until I get it right.
