Melanie Foster and Allen Shandi met on September 6th, 1972. Melanie was on her way back from 6 hours of cleaning work at the NYU building when she stumbled on a man assaulted by a homophobe. She stepped forward to rescue this man from the homophobe with a punch and kick-to-crotch technique. This young man turns out to be Allan. He showed up at Melanie's place the next day with a bouquet and an offer for dinner to thank her for rescuing him. While at the dinner, Allan offers Melanie the job to help him turn his women's clothing line into reality.

While Allan is gay, Melanie is a tomboy. They both bonded in all ramifications. Unfortunately, Allan was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS). The doctor said Allan has a limited year to live. However, Allan has dying wishes. Will these wishes come to reality? Grab a copy of Love All the Way by Aurora Carafa to find this out.

First of all, I enjoyed the storyline of this romance novel. It is so intriguing and captivating that I held my breath thinking of the plot. What I like most about this novel is how the author paid attention to details like the date, setting, music, emotion, and the movement of the characters in this novel. Many times during my reading, I have to drop this novel for seconds to practice their gesticulation. One of those moments was when the author wrote: 'He gave Mel a thumbs up, and she returned the gesture with a gun-shaped hand and took one shot, then blew the tip of her finger'.

Additionally, I think that music lovers would find this book very attractive, as the author laced each setting and mood with the right kind of music that befits it. Again, I enjoyed Allan and Melanie's characters throughout the book. They are a perfect interpretation of affection, care, and generosity.

Being a romance novel, I expected to encounter some erotic scenes and profanity. Hence, I would say that I was not surprised at the amount of profanity and the erotic I found in this book.

Though, I found an inconsistency in the name of a particular character. It did not detract from my enjoyment of the book. I am only constrained to give this novel a maximum rating because I found more than ten typos while reading this book. I am awarding Love All the Way by Aurora Carafa a three out of four stars for an excellent storyline with perfect characters that exhibited care, affection, and tolerance towards one another.

I recommend this romance novel to adult readers who believe in unconventional love feelings. Also, those who have people with terminal ailments around would appreciate the story.

I feel like the story line of this novel isn't as captivating as one would expect from just the first bit of it, however the characters have been portrayed perfectly and their unconventional love emotions. I would definitely recommend this book to adults with same seeing.

This was a great representation of how two people can learn to love each other. The way that these characters interacted and chose to stay together in spite of everything is inspiring and all I ever want to see in a book.
