Confused about the review process [Solved]

Hi, I'm a new member and a bit confused by the review process. Please could someone explain it to me? I have reviewed three books and they are all listed on the review team database, however, the line underneath reads:
You have 1 finished review(s), and 0 unfinished review(s).
Also one of them, which I posted over a week ago, was a paid review. I haven't received payment yet - is there something I need to do or are payments made on a particular date?

I have processed the pending reviews. There seems to be some kind of error in the statistics gathering. The pending reviews aren't being counted. This problem should be resolved for you now. But I will need to fix this error.

I'm also confused. I have reviewed and submitted 2 books but on my stats it's states 0 reviews finished and is now not giving me any books to review, feeling a little bit frustrated.

Hi! I just joined the forum, thinking it would be great to do some book reviews, but the whole process seems a bit complicated and unclear...why do I have to do 5 posts before doing the reviews? and how do I sign up for reviews afterwards? thanks!

I have made adjustments to the statistics gathering that hopefully have fixed the problem of pending reviews not being counted and provide more details regarding how the listed statistics were compiled.
