I believe that it is impossible to eradicate evil practices prevailing in an organization, however small or big, single-handedly. It only breeds frustration and disorientation, as in the case of Steve.

I think it's extremely challenging for just one person to change the system and put the corruption to an end. However, I don't think it's impossible.

In all honesty, I don't think a single person can stop corruption on their own. Steve was determined and did not stop fighting, but he was only able to have some influence after he got the much-needed support.

A single person cannot stop corruption but I believe that when one continues to seek to reform a system other people will join in and advocate. It only takes one man to change the mindset of the masses.

It is impossible to ignore the pressure that could be upon a single individual to change the mindset and decisions of a lot of people. I think it could be done but it would be very difficult.

As long as he feels what he is doing is right and could enhance the organization, he should keep on fighting.

I don't think a single person can change an entire organization on their own. However, I do believe that just one person could perfectly be the trigger for a reform by influencing others around them.

No, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. It also depends on how big the organization is. I don't think one person can stop corruption because they might be fighting alone against a lot of people. I think to fight corruption, people should be together because one man can't make a difference but a group can.

As much as someone like Steve wants to change the system, it's hard when you're alone against it. I understand how it's easy to give up on advocacy like this. Organizations really are full of corruption, and in real life, one man can't end it all.

Yes and No.

Yes, A single person can stop corruption in an organization if he is in the position or authority to do that.

No, it is barely possible to do that. Just like Durk, his best option is to get others to join him in his quest.

No, but he can reduce it. corruption is a difficult thing to eradicate in an organization especially when the majority are involved.

With just him waging this battle, it won't work. He needs assistance. He can prevail in this case with just the slightest miracle.

We cannot underestimate the effect that one person can have in an organization. Usually it takes one positive action from even one person to start a spark. But you need to be wise enough to know when an action can have a positive effect and when that action will only affect you negatively.

I don't think a single person can fix an entire organization. But if no one ever bothers to try, it guarantees it will never happen. If one person speaks up, hopefully others will follow and it will be enough to start making a change.

Yes it is possible but I believe it would be much better to seek help from other organizations since corruption is much bigger than a single person.
