Download Error [SOLVED]

I accepted a review on July 12 when I went to download the book Amazon gave me an error page. It said Are you looking for something, this isn't a functioning page on our site. I sent an error report but I'm still getting the error page. What do I need to do?

Yes, many users are having exactly the same problem. I will have this fixed by Sunday evening.

I was wondering if there is anyway for me to be removed from the book that I'm having issues with? It will be a month on the 12 and I still haven't been able to download it due to the error.

I requested a review on July 15 and paid for it. I continue to receive emails requesting payment. Here on the site I tried to resubmit and it asks for more information which then continues to take me to an ERROR page. You have no way to contact anyone. I need to receive a response in next 24 hours or I will just contact PayPall for a refund, stating services were not provided. Book requested is Borrowed Lives by Kevin Crouch.

Seeing as how you can't write anything negative sounding ... please can some one reply to my requests via the contact forms within 24 hours or else I will also take further action.

I am also having the same issue with downloading a e-book from Amazon. I get the the link is not a working page. I also sent in an error report.

I will investigate this issue of some Amazon downloads not working. I expect to uncover the cause of the issue and resolve that and the currently nonworking Amazon downloads within a day from now.

I believe I have found the error causing this problem. I have fixed that error as well as fixed the failing downloads resulting from it. I have also privately contacted the few reviewers I could find who would be having trouble downloading a book from Amazon for a different unique reason. Please let me know if you have any further trouble with this issue.

I have taken a look in the database and all the codes seem to be present and in the right format. When is the last time you tried? I notice you posted your reply only 9 hours after I implemented the solution. Maybe you tried before I implemented the solution? Why don't you try downloading it again and let me know if it works for you now.

I tried again yesterday just in case the fix hadn't went through and again a few minutes ago when I got your message. It is still giving me the error page.

I am having g the same error message:
I am trying to download The Bold Investor by George Thomas Clark. Initially few days It had taken me to the Amazon site where it said error not found. Now it states:
An error has occurred. A report has been sent to the webmaster, Scott.
