The author of this book must have had a lot of experiences with Venus. I like this compilation of stories and the fact that characters' actions could affect them as they progress.

This seems like a book I'll love. I am an Astrophile; a lover of the solar system. Thanks and great job on the review. It was quite engaging.

A compilation of stories wherein each story alludes to the planet Venus or the goddess Venus. I'm curious to see how this common reference can influence the lives of these characters. Congrats on botd!

Sounds really interesting. I love historical fiction and I love the twist that the author employs in this particular book. The topic of Venus is also quite interesting and intriguing to me and the author's use of it's many personas interests me. Really thorough review.

This book sounds like a time capsule that offers a glimpse into how different societies consider the same goddess. Sounds interesting. Not so sure about the book length, but otherwise, this sounds like an interesting book. Great review.

Wow. I've never read a book quite like this one. It sounds like an anthology, since it has different stories but the fact that it has a common thing, which is Venus, means it's not. I like historical fiction but the description makes me skeptical about whether or not is like to dabble into A. F. Carcirieri, Jr's fictional world. I guess I'd have have to read it to find out for sure.

The river girl Shay Op Ta sounds interesting, and I wonder how her story connects with a story set thousand years later. Eagerly looking forward to reading this historical fiction.

This appears to be an unconventional book, I am a bit concerned about the length though. However, stories are the best way to relive and understand the past, even though this one seems like a lot. Thanks for your review.

I'm curious about Venus' alleged influence over mankind and what bit of history this book has to show. However, I'm skeptical because of the book's volume. Regardless, I'll give it a try.
Congratulations, BOTD.
