Very well put. I agree with this opinion entirely. Coming from a religious background as well, it is also very unlikely that any sort of book or media will change my perspective on faith, and the world, regardless of how inspiring the work may be.Rina Neiman wrote: ↑06 Sep 2022, 01:12 I think that if I was completely new to faith, maybe it could've changed my mind or outlook. However, because I was exposed to faith all my life having religious relatives, and generally speaking having religious communities around me. I'm an atheist not because of lack of exposure, so it was an inspiring story but it didn't change my views on belief in god.

I have witnessed miracles through my faith, and reading this book or coming across it has strengthened me to remain unshaken no matter what the situation.

I will comment from the standpoint of a believer. “what if?” can be the most dangerous phrase to gamble. What if I get a miracle? What if I don’t? You should believe it and give it a try. It is the only way to please the God of miracles (The Almighty God). God does not fail. It is our unbelief that stands in the way of miracles. For without faith, it is impossible to please God. I hope this book has changed a lot of mindsets and won souls for God.Gretchen Darden wrote: ↑03 Sep 2022, 11:21 After reading "When No One Else Believed", are any non-believers now inspired by the question of "What if?" What were your beliefs going in, and are they different coming out?

I do not know what name can be attached to my belief (I do not believe in any deity, but I think that all should be respected (as long as they do things worthy of respect)). This book has not changed my mind/belief in any way. But it inspired me to never lose hope or faith that things could turn around for the best/worst (lol (however way you choose to look at it))Gretchen Darden wrote: ↑03 Sep 2022, 11:21 After reading "When No One Else Believed", are any non-believers now inspired by the question of "What if?" To me, that doesn't sound hokey at all. I am a firm believer myself. I see God's hand in my life everyday. I constantly prayer that an event that will make me leave my faith never comes to me.

I am also a believer. I have witnessed a lot of miracles and read many of them. My faith is deeply rooted in God no matter what is happening. I just ask God to help me remain faithful.Adeolaoskydeelight wrote: ↑14 Sep 2022, 18:30 I'm a believer, I have experienced miracles through faith, coming across this book only strengthens me not to have a shift no matter what the circumstances
