Do you have any suggestions aside from hot tea?
I drink warm water. I don't know why but it always helps me.

Maybe I’ll also try Ginger and got water whenever I'm having stomach cramps. The comment, I've seen here really makes me aware that it works.

Hot tea is my usual go to on those occasions. Fruit juices are good too.

Peppermint tea is a favourite of mine. Sometimes chewing on raw ginger if it's really bad can also help tremendously.

I boil 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds in a glass of water and have it after meals. Swallowing a teaspoon of caraway seeds with a glass of water helps in tummy aches.

I usually drink either plain, warm water or tea. I try to opt for something warm. The warmth aids in digestion and makes me feel better.
