Wheel of Time series. Although as good as they did with LOTR (Lord of the Rings), there was so much more in the books. I can't imagine how they would possibly do WoT justice. Oh, another one that is awesome (by an up-and coming) is Queen of Glass by S.J. Maas. New YA series. Everyone should read it. It's awesome!

I would love to see the Outlander series by Diana G. made into a movie because I just love everything about this intriguing time travel historical romance series. Jamie and Claire and just so amazing together. I love their chemistry in the series. Another series that would be interesting to see as a movie is the Malory family series by Johanna Lindsey. Bertrice Small's Skye O'Malley Legacy series would also be interesting to see made into a film. Hopefully someone could make the Cynster series by Stephanie Laurens into a movie. Palace of Illusions would also be one of my favorites that I wish I could see on the big screen.

Not sure if you saw where I mentioned this on the last page, but are you aware that Outlander is being made into a series that will air on Starz in March? I was worried that the people just wouldn't look like the Jamie and Claire in my head, but I love who they cast for both roles. I can't wait!

How about a TV series?! I would love "The Cat Who..." books written by Lilian Jackson Braun to become a TV series. It is such a cute premise, and I think that Tom Selleck would make an excellent Jim Qwilleran! Too bad he is on Blue Bloods. Maybe someday!

I would love to see T.A. Barron's Merlin series made into movies. If they're done well I think they could be very beautiful

Any book by WEB Griffin. I'd really like to see "The Lieutenants" adapted into a movie.

I have just finished reading Private Berlin by James Patterson. I can not tell you how captivating I found that book. With all it's twists and turns I never wanted the story to end. My best scene would be Falk wearing the African musk and telling the prostitute to call him the 'invisible man', I would pay for the n=movie ticket only to see his eyes through his musk.
And hopefully they would include the scene with the bodies at the slaughterhouse.

I think James Paterson is one of the greatest movies of all time!!!

I detest any movie made from books. They usually always get it wrong and its not as entertaining as reading. Exceptions for Lord of The Rings which I think the movie was a lot better than the book.

I think both the LOTR movie and book were equally great, the movie had a little different format was all. But they did a good job on it.

Im surprised they havent made a movie from A. Merritt's books. As far as I know they never have. If they did it right, they would make good action flicks.

Some books I have enjoyed and would like to see made into movies include the "Blue Boods" series by Melissa De la cruz, the "Maximum Ride" series by James Patterson, and "The Immortals" by Alison Noel. All were richly entertaining with a fresh approach to some of the more common fictional characters.

I personally LOVE book-to-movie adaptations. A lot of people dislike them because they don't end up being similar to what happens in the mind, but I kinda like to see how other people interpret the story, especially if the author has input :) If I don't like what they did with it, oh well. It doesn't ruin the story for me. Latest adaptation I've seen was CATCHING FIRE. Which, by the way, was not only great for an adaption, but a PHENOMENAL film in itself. I just finished reading Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher and I think there are rumors for Selena Gomez as Hannah Baker, but I'm not positive. I really want to see Legend by Marie Lu on film (I know what you're saying, ANOTHER dystopian???) but if you read them, you'll realize how perfect they would would be for an adaptation.

Fall From Grace or Ashes to Ashes? LOL. But seriously. The Talisman or the Dark Tower as we've been promised.
