If the problem is not fixed then my question is:
Do you see the following message in red print after hitting submit: "Any changes you have made have not been saved. Please fix the error and resubmit the form below."?
Or after you hit submit does it say "Your preferences have been updated."?

Are you getting any traditional book offers? I would like to know because I would also like to receive traditional books, but I am not seeing even a single offer for that even though I am Level 2. My preferences have been set accordingly. There are many ebooks available though.SilverRiver wrote:Hey there! Got a newbie question... When I go to my preferences page I uncheck all the ebook formats because I prefer to receive traditional (real!) books...but when I click "Submit" 7 of them automatically get re-checked! Confused...help? Sorry if this is a stupid question hehe.

Also I personally feel that more authors should be encouraged to offer books in traditional format, as that would be a great help for those who do not read ebooks. Just my opinion though.
