Hello All,

It is nice to find a forum for book lovers on the Internet. Hopefully this one is not saturated with negativity, like the clubs for aspiring authors on Facebook. Apparently, the gangsterism and attack politics have also trickled down to the literary community in those forums. I am a book lover and author. I wrote my first novel "Broken Under Interrogation" after my second tour in Iraq. It is based on my experiences in that warzone as well as my perceptions on the War on Drugs in the United States. It is set in the rot belt hometown of the protagonist John Powers. Fundamentally it is a novel about the decay of the American Dream. I hope to be an active participant in this forum, and will offer any support whatsoever to fellow writers and readers.
