Do you have a free little library in your area?

I used to have one in the previous town I live in. It was usually full with a variety of novels. Although the new town I live in also has a free library but it is always completely empty! I will have to donate some of my books to get the ball rolling!

Luckily for me there’s a library almost across the street, though it’s not very big, it does have a decent selection of books.

Yep, my community prides their free libraries. There is always a small bookshelf outside of the public library, and a few counselors at my old school were sure to have a rotating free library in their office.

No, there isn't any free little library in my area. But I wish it exist. I would be visiting it daily, if it exist.

My cousin and her husband have one in front of their house. I don't get to visit it very often but I do donate to it sometimes.

I think my desk at work probably qualifies as a little library - books circulate, take brief rests & some have kinda put down roots, but everyone in my building knows it as the place to go if you want to borrow a book or pass on one you've read.

No, I sadly don't have any free little libraries in m area but I do have my college library to use. I also have friends who love buying books and lending them to me.

Sadly, there is none. It's hard to live on a countryside if you were a bookworm because you will have difficulties on accessing free books.

There's a library within 3 kilometres from my house. It is free for students, and adults pay a dollar a year. It has a lot of books considering its pricing.

Yes, my cousin has one in front of her house. It tends to empty out somewhat quickly and I contribute to it when I can.

I live in Mexico. It used to be very difficult to get books in English. Amazon makes life easy now, but it wasn't always so. We used to have a small bookstore in town owned by a nice German lady. You could do book swaps there, as well as buy or sell English books for store credit. It was a really nice little place. Unfortunately, it closed during the COVID pandemic for good.

Yes! Unfortunately, people use it to get rid of old textbooks and other things people don't want to read. Every once in a while, I find something good.

We still have a reasonably sized library in my local town, in some of the smaller villages outside of the town they have community libraries in some of the bus stops as well which seem to get well used. The local Morrisons too has a take a book leave a book area by the checkouts as well.
