Congrats on BOTD. I haven't read this author's books, but it seems he is quite good at addressing life issues and creating realistic characters for this collection of short stories.

James Hanna has caught me unawares! What a delightful and humorous collection of short stories. He writes simplistically while giving food for thought. Sounds like each story will be a journey of pleasure in its freshness.

Book of the day BOTD is other fiction and award winning by James and 3rd anthology of short stories it ranges from air head farm boy adapted by a quawk bird whenever the boy gets into unsuitable situation, another story is of a struggling writer who pens a maudlin book to monks but it turned septic. The boom has over 24 aberrant stories full of humour, irony, and jokes I like how James penetrates the mind of the readers I with recommend it

The stories in this anthology seem to address thought-provoking themes. Toby and Tom's characters look intriguing. Also, the outstanding editing makes the book more attractive.

James Hanna is a well-known author which makes me believe that this set of short stories is just as entertaining as his other works! I do not have much interest in reading short stories because I find it hard to develop relationships with the characters. For lovers of short stories however, Fact Check and More Probing Tales seems like a great read!

A nice collection of several thought provoking short stories can be found in book "Fact Check and More Probing Tales" by James Hanna. Life being the recurrent theme in this collection of stories makes it interesting to read.
