Paypal email address change [resolved]

So that we can provide faster and better support, this forum (the "Public Suggestion Box") has been retired. Instead, please send any suggestions you have to us using the official website contact form.

This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. I have encountered some issues with my PayPal that has led me to have it shut down and I would like to know if the only way for me to change my PayPal email is for me to shut down and start over by re-signing up for online bookclub. please advise me on the best course of action

Hi Evangeline. I am looking for the same situation because someone is using my current mail in Paypal.

And thank you for reaching out. I am very sorry for the delay in answering your message. Unfortunately, once a PayPal address has been added and a payment has been sent to it, you cannot change it anymore. I am sorry for the disappointment this may have caused.
