How can I correct my mistake

Post by Metasebiya Kebede »

I was asked to write a review on Amazon, but I found out that I was ineligible after I submitted my preference. I corrected my preference as soon as I knew. I also mistakenly said that I had published a review on Amazon, and I have been receiving emails to post a review. How can I correct this mistake?

Maybe you should contact the review team support via email. They are immensely helpful and you might get a favourable answer although you shouldn’t have said you have submitted your review before you actually did it.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. If I understand you correctly, you marked that you already submitted an Amazon review although you hadn't. Is that correct? If so, may I know why you marked that the review was submitted?

Thank you.

Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen
