What I like about this book is that it is a quick read because it pulls you in and you can’t stop reading.
-A humorous quick read, sounds intriguing. I'll give it a try. A well thought out review. Thank you.

Wow this book sounds exciting! I love sci fi and dystopian novels and could definitely appreciate a book like this. I want to know more about Z and Cella and how their relationship plays out. This definitely sounds like a book I won't be able to put down.

This dystopian book seems intriguing but also horrifying. I like the part with the genetically altered animals. However, I think this scenario is too unrealistic for me.

Good and informative review. You laid out the main plot and gave the reader enough reasons to read. I wonder what the new apex predator is? I guess I will have to find out. There seems to be a missing "by" preceding the author's name in your review.

"Ultimatum" by Vladimir Fleurisma is a dystopian sci-fi novel in which D, the main protagonist who is a marine raider, has to reach Three Mile Island successfully despite the attendant challenges. Some of these challenges resulted from the destruction of the most valuable natural resources. I commend the author for his creativity. Congrats on BOTD. Nice review.

WOW!! Your review of "Ultimatum" has me absolutely itching to read it. A man-made worldwide catastrophe? Doesn't seem to far from our reality. I really like the introduction to the book - you've given me enough information about the resource war, the super predator, reaching Three Mile Island and the marine Raider D that has piqued my interest, but also makes me want to find out what happens. I'm a big sucker for character development, so I'll make sure to pay attention to the progression of Zach and D's sometime lover, Cella, when I read this book.

Thank you very much for an insightful and well-written review!! :techie-studyingbrown:

I am not really a science fiction fan unfortunately. However I really like how the descriptive the imagery is in this book and think it would make a great movie. Congratulations on book of the day!

The book paints quite a negative outlook on the future, but then again, as is usual for the genre. That's the core of my dislike - Sci-Fi/Fantasy rarely refers to less troubled and pessimistic views and, since I really want to believe in better, I avoid the genre and will have to skip this book. Congrats with BOTD, anyway!

The author's creativity is evident in this skillfully woven plot. The gloomy future, however, isn't one of my favorite topics, so I will skip this book. Thanks for this engaging review!

A book about a dystopian future caused by a man-made catastrophe. I wonder why D needs to go to the three mile island. Thanks for your review.

"Ultimatum" appears to be a good dystopian science fiction novel with a mixture of humor, suspense and action I would enjoy to read. D's mission to reach Three Mile Island is a daring one and hope he would overcome anything that would come his way. Congratulations BOTD!
