The last book I read was Ponchito and Margarita's First Halloween, a children's book authored by Nelibeth Plaza. I gave the book a rating of four out of five stars.

The last book I finished on Online Book Club was "The Chrystilleries of Echoland" by Dew Pellucid. It was a great idea for the story, but unfortunately didn't always feel like the writing was very clear. I gave it 2/4 stars.

Outside of Online Book Club, I just finished reading the play "Not About Nightingales" by Tennessee Williams. I might rate this 2/4 stars as well. Even though there were some great moments, the subject was so dark and the ending so bleak that it just wasn't very enjoyable! I did start the next play in this book ("Battle of Angels") and so far I am enjoying it a lot more.

I recently finished “You Say Goodbye” by Keith Steinbaum. It is a murder mystery that I couldn’t put down. I give it a full 10/10. I recently submitted a review for it and highly recommend people pick it up if you love the genre. I didn’t figure out who the killer was until the reveal and there was a lot of stuff I loved about the book!

The last book I've read is The 5th Wave. It's an exciting book with a lot of action which takes place in a post-apocaliptic world. It has different perspectives that make the events seem real and the forbidden romance trope. It keeps you busy, is fast paced and has a lot of philosophical ideas.

The latest book I read was "The Mistress of Spices." I enjoyed the book greatly. I loved the lyrical style of narration. I have appreciated the lyrical narratives of only three authors, and Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni is one of them. So, I rate the book 5 out of 5 stars.

I recently had the chance to read 'The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.' Have you had a chance to read it? I found it quite interesting.

The last book I read was 'A Dream For Peace' by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah, and I would rate it a perfect 5 out of 5. The book is truly a masterpiece. Dr. Berrah's life is filled with accomplishments and sacrifices for world peace. What I found particularly intriguing was that Dr. Berrah helped organize the famous 'I Have a Dream' march of Martin Luther King Jr.

Frighttime 6 which includes Night Creatures, Who Am I?, and Cemetery School. Night Creatures was the most unique. I love the idea of topiaries coming to life and the writing was fantastic. Cemetery School was also well done. It felt very fleshed out for being about 70 pages (slightly longer than the others). Who Am I? is a story with some good aspects but I didn't find it that satisfying. While the idea of being forgotten is unnerving, the way it was handled could have been done better.

The last book I read was "The Ultimate Prepared Bug-In Guide" by S. Lee. I enjoyed reading it as it is relevant to the times we are living in. I rated it 4 out of 5 stars since it was a little repetitive. Overall, it's one of those books that you read and immediately start implementing.
